Deanie Hendrix, in the July 2001 issue of FMCA Tech and Travel Tips section had a nice article about placing the paper towel dispenser on the inside of the door of the above the kitchen sink dish cupboard.

We had the same problem of where to put it. I had decided that on the ceiling of the cupboard would be better, and was able to put the paper napkin dispenser on the front wall and the paper plate dispenser on the cupboard door.

We also decided on an extra shelf (half shelf or triangular shelf) off the back wall for cups and glasses. I found a nice railing at the hardware store which accented the shelf rather nicely.

 I see that the new Rexhalls have an extra shelf.
