The gas range hood has a exhaust fan and a nice 120 volt light.  This unit is actually part of the microwave.  But when unplugged, there is no range light. 

Our Galley in the Aerbus was dark.  I added a 12 Volt High intensity light above the burners on the stove.  Remove the black panel above the Microwave and tap in to a 12 volt circuit.  I added a rocker switch (chrome Plate) and covered the wire with self sticking track lighting tubing.

Now when we are boondocking,  Marjorie has light when she is cooking.
