Cutting Board Storage
While visiting my sister, a non RVer, I noted a clever under the cupboard storage rack for her cutting board. The board simply slides forward for removal. She has had it for many years. It could be made very easily.
The only problem would be having the under cupboard space to attach it (in some models). It could be mounted on the side of a cupboard.
Or you may want to consider it for you home without wheels.
