Bathroom Cupboard Containers

Marjorie made some cardboard boxes for all the cupboards in the bathroom to add much needed space for the little things. I stapled them in place and She loaded them up with the all important stuff!

I plan to make them out of light wood and add stain.  This addition keeps things from rolling around while traveling. We all have had stuff fly out when we open up the overhead cabinets after a trip often breaking the item or chipping the sink.

Marjorie and John reminded me of the small plastic baskets Linda had installed in our bathroom cupboard.  Photo shows them empty between trips.  His and her colors of course.

Paul and Arlene Hales in the November 2004 issue of FMCA magazine presented their designed of a tray-shelf to go between the sink and the medicine cabinet.  It mounted with Molly-type screws, and the shelf could be easily removed.

Living in an RV full time your need all the storage space you can get. I removed the panel under the sink basin in a 3550 Aerbus and added an expanded metal material in its place. This allows the use of the area and shrouds the piping from view. I made it from scrap. No Cost. It also allows heat into that are with one or both doors open during extreme cold weather, preventing frozen pipes. I made the metal a bit oversized so screws are not needed to hold in place. It is easily removed with your fingers. This can be done in other areas you need circulation.
